1. Package Inclusions

The Lite E-Commerce Package includes the following:

• Custom website design tailored to your business needs, including up to 15 products or variants.
• Hosting on Wix for 1 year.
• Editable website for self-management.
• Mobile-responsive design optimized for all devices.
• Basic SEO setup for your homepage and product pages.
• Logo design with a branding guide.
• Google Business Profile setup and optimization.
• Facebook and Instagram Business Pages setup.

Any additional features or services outside this scope will incur extra charges and must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms

• The total cost of the Lite E-Commerce Package is £1,999, payable in full at the time of purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced (see Section 5 for refund policy).

3. Buyer Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery of the website, you agree to:

5. Refund Policy

7. Subscription Services

• Important: Failure to subscribe after the first year will result in your website being removed and deleted permanently.

8. Limitations of Liability

BizzGro will not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by your failure to provide required materials or approvals.

9. Revisions

• The package includes 2 rounds of revisions for the website design.
• Additional revisions beyond this scope will incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party breaches the terms outlined herein.
• Upon termination, any completed work will be delivered, and additional fees may apply for work already performed.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Updates to Terms

• BizzGro reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated to you via email or through our website.
